Scalarama events are organised by a huge number of exhibitors all across the UK, working together to support film screenings in September. Local promotions are often coordinated at city-level and you can find contacts via individual Location pages.

There is a central team, based in Liverpool, that support these coordinators and is managed by Cinema Nation, a Community Interest Company who founded the season in 2011.
