In prison\, the man inexplicably transforms into a young mechanic (Balthazar Getty) and begins a new life for himself.\n\n\nFeaturing the acting debut of Marilyn Manson and piercing support performances from Robert Blake\, Gary Busey and Richard Pryor\, Lost Highway has become a cult favourite of Lynch fans. DESCRIPTION:Scalarama is an annual celebration of independent film screenings\, film clubs\, plus weird and wonderful DIY cinema nights. It takes place nationally (and internationally) every year throughout September. With homages to the midnight B-movies of Scala Cinema’s heydey to cult\, classic\, contemporary\, international and local films\, you’ll find it all during Scalarama.  \nJoin us for the opening party where you can find out about all the film screenings Nottingham film clubs are putting together for this year’s festival including many outdoor and kooky screenings. We will also be screening short films on a showreel including the work of local\, national and international filmmakers.  \nIf you’re interested in putting on film nights yourself\, do come chat with us.
