Toni Erdmann is a black German comedy that made international headlines and won a spate of awards, as well as getting an Oscar nomination for Best Foreign Film. It has made Mark Kermode’s top 10 films of 2017 so far and we cannot wait to screen this in September.
The film tells the story of a practial joking father trying to reconnect with his hard-working daughter by creating an outrageous alter ego and posing as her CEO’s life coach. Awkward moments ensue and there are laughts aplenty.

This will be screened upstairs at the Horse & Groom. Drinks and food at the bar.
